At Nayiri Bakery, we take pride in crafting fresh, high-quality Armenian-inspired baked goods with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they are sold and have left our premises.

Refunds and Replacements

We will gladly offer a refund, store credit, or replacement in the following circumstances:

  • The product was incorrect or missing from your order.

  • There was an error with a custom order that differed from the confirmed order details.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your full name

  • Order number or proof of purchase

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product, if applicable

Custom and Special Orders

Custom orders, including specialty cakes, catering trays, and personalized items, require advance preparation and are made specifically for you.

  • Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before fulfillment are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

For standard (non-custom) orders:

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
