At Nayiri Bakery, we carefully prepare and package our products to help ensure they arrive fresh and in excellent condition. We appreciate your support and are committed to providing a positive shopping experience.
Shipping Availability
We currently offer local delivery and shipping across Ontario and select locations within Canada, subject to carrier availability and product suitability.
Please note that certain highly perishable items may be available for local delivery or pickup only. Product availability and shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Custom orders, specialty items, and large orders may require additional preparation time and will be scheduled based on the agreed fulfillment date.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Delivery and Shipping Timeframes
Local deliveries are made within the delivery window selected at checkout, where available.
Shipped orders generally arrive within 1–5 business days, depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, and seasonal shipping volumes.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Food Product Handling
Our products are prepared fresh and may contain perishable ingredients.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipped orders are received promptly upon delivery. To maintain product quality, packages should not be left unattended for extended periods, especially during periods of extreme heat or cold.
Nayiri Bakery is not responsible for product quality issues resulting from delays in retrieving delivered packages or from improper storage after delivery.
Storage and serving instructions, where applicable, should be followed to maintain product freshness and quality.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping and delivery information at the time of purchase.
Nayiri Bakery is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, losses, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be resent.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate and resolve the matter, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the packaging and products
While we will make every reasonable effort to assist customers with shipping-related concerns, Nayiri Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, customs processing, labor disputes, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Claims for lost shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after the order is placed.
Because many of our products are prepared fresh to order, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.
